I installed Oracle 10g Forms Server just few days back and I was trying to access the application on Internet Explorer 8. But it was giving an error "Internet Explorere Stopped Working". I just downloaded another jvm.dll from other location http://files.getdropbox.com/u/3353/jvm.dll and paste into c:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator...\Bin\hotspot. Then the problem was fixed.
